Communication

There are no telephones in the cottages. Mobile phone coverage is available at the cottages. Telstra Network seems to be better than Optus. Bring your phone charger and remember to take it home with you! Local telephone book in each cottage. Closest public phone is at the Canal Rocks Resort and the Yallingup Post Office,  both are 6kms from Wyadup Brook Cottages.Internet access can be arranged through the office if necessary or there are internet cafes at  Yallingup Post Office,Dunsborough, Margaret River and Busselton.

Television and Video

Television reception allows viewing of Golden West Network ( Similar to Channel 7 Perth) and ABC. Each cottage has a TV,VCR and DVD. Videos and DVD's can be hired at Dunsborough or bring your own favourites. We have a selection of videos also available for your use during your stay.

Three Doctor's Surgeries, some offer after hours and/or emergency services. Most open Saturday mornings as well as during the week. Phone Numbers in Local Telephone book. Dunn Bay Surgery, Dunsborough Doctor, Dunsborough Medical Centre. One dentist in Dunsborough, Dunn Bay Dental Surgery.

Peak Times / Long Weekends
These are busy times so book your accommodation early. Most accommodation venues ask for a 3 night minimum stay. If planning to go out for meals or other activities it is also a good idea to pre book. All services are stretched at these times so try to be patient and drive carefully.

Things You May Need To Pack for The Kids; Bikes, We have gravel roads which the kids may like to test their wheels on.Wet Weather gear, gum boots and rain coats or umbrellas.

Not All Cottages Have the Same Facilities

Our loft cottage, SNOTTYGOBBLE and our 3 bedroom cottage, PIXIE MOPS are the only cottages that have a conventional oven and a bath-tub.
