Communication

There are no telephones in the cottages. Mobile phone coverage is available at the cottages. Telstra Network seems to be better than others. Bring your phone charger and remember to take it home with you! Local telephone books are in each cottage. Closest public phone is at the Yallingup Post Office (Caves Park Store), 6kms from Wyadup Brook Cottages. Internet access is also available at Caves Park Store, and there are numerous internet cafes in Dunsborough, Busselton and Margaret River.

Television and DVD's

Television reception allows viewing of all free to air channels including ABC 1,2,3, SBS and commercial stations. Each cottage has a TV and DVD.  Bring your own DVD favourites. We have a selection of DVD's also available at the office for your use during your stay.

Busselton 36kms           SHELL Causeway Rd        Opening hours  6.00am to 8.00pm

Yallingup Shops; Caves Park Store open from 7.00am to 6.30pm
                                Lagoon Cafe -Yallingup Beach 7.00am to 3.00pm (Closed Monday's)

Dunsborough Shops: most are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm

Doctor / Dentist
Three Doctor's Surgeries, some offer after hours and/or emergency services. Most open Saturday mornings as well as during the week. Phone Numbers in Local Telephone book. Dunn Bay Surgery, Dunsborough Doctor, Dunsborough Medical Centre. One dentist in Dunsborough, Dunn Bay Dental Surgery. Closest emergency hospital is in Busselton (30km's), however there is also a hospital in Margaret River.

Peak Times / Long Weekends
These are busy times so book your accommodation early. Most accommodation venues ask for a 3 night minimum stay. If planning to go out for meals or other activities, we recommend you pre book. All services are stretched at these times so try to be patient and drive carefully.

Things You May Need To Pack for The Kids; Bikes, We have gravel roads which the kids may like to test their wheels on.Wet Weather gear, gum boots and rain coats or umbrellas.

Not All Cottages Have the Same Facilities
Our loft cottage, SNOTTYGOBBLE , our 3 bedroom cottage, PIXIE MOPS and our one bedroom cottage WIRY WATTLE B  have conventional  ovens, gas hotplate, a microwave oven and a bath-tub.  All our single storey 2 bedroom cottages,BANJINE, COWSLIP and WIRY WATTLE A have gas hotplates, microwave ovens and showers only, no bath-tubs and no conventional ovens.

Quiet Times
We expect that all visitors respect the rights of others  to enjoy their time at the cottages and adhere to quiet times from  11.00pm to 7.00am

Check In Time            AFTER 2.30pm

If early check in required or late check out planned, please let us know BEFORE your stay (min 24hr's notice) so we can arrange that for you.
During peak times 3pm is the earliest check-in time and 10.30am is the absolute latest check-out time

Balance of Payment
Your deposit payment confirms your booking, the balance is then due at your time of stay. Please ensure that you have visited the office before 10am on your departure day to finalise payment so you are able to vacate by no later than 10.30am.

Pets
For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets.
